1. Orders

Orders will be processed within three to four business days upon receipt of your payment.

2. Prices

The description, prices and availability of any products referenced on our site may be changed or amended at our discretion anytime and without prior notice. Please ensure you check our website to have the latest details. 


3. Payment Option

We currently accept three modes of payment.

a) Stripe

b) Direct Bank Transfer*
You may make payment to our bank account (DBS Savings Plus 0050078638) via ATM transfer or i-banking at your own convenience. All orders will only be processed upon receipt of your payment.

1. Booking of Class

Booking of workshop classes and payment may be done via any email inquiry to sg.lagom@gmail.com.

By registering/paying for the classes, participants accept that photographs and/or videos showing them and their creations may be taken during the class and used on our social media sites for advertising purposes.


2. Venue

All venues for private event will be provided by the client. In the event that L A G O M SINGAPORE is required to procure one, the venue rental will be borne by the client.

If we do provide the venue, we strive to provide accurate details at the time of booking for all participants. However, there may be cases where the location may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we reserve the right to change the venue without seeking participants’ consents and we shall notify the participants accordingly via SMS or e-mail or telephone.

We do not take responsibility for failure of attendance if we have made the aforementioned effort to notify you prior to the start of the workshop. 


3. Amendment or Cancellation of Workshops by Us

We will not make changes to confirmed details as much as possible. In cases of emergency, we reserve the right to amend or cancel any workshops. A make-up will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.


4. Cancellation and No Appearance

When a booking that has been accepted by us is subsequently cancelled by the participants, the participants will be liable for the following charges. All cancellations must be received in writing (SMS or E-mail).

Number of days before class start date:

10 days or more : 50% of class fee charge (Partial Refund)

Less than 10 : 100% class fee charge (No Refund)

Unless otherwise agreed with us, no refunds/credits will be given if you fail to turn up for the class.


5. Indemnity and Liability

By attending our workshops, the participants agree to fully indemnify L A G O M SINGAPORE and the facilitators against actions, claims, proceedings, costs, liability, losses and damages whatsoever which may be brought or commenced against us in connection with or by reason of attending the workshop.

We will conduct any workshop in the safest way possible, but participants should be mindful of their safety at all times. Please inform us of any allergies beforehand. 


We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
