Shipping & Returns
We will ship your order within three business days after payment has been cleared. A confirmation email will be sent thereafter. All your items will be wrapped carefully in reinforced Kraft cardboard packaging or padded bubble envelopes, so as to minimise any risk of damage during the delivery process. Please be aware that we will take utmost care to minimise any risk of damage during the delivery process. By making payment for your purchase(s), you agree that we will not be held accountable for any damage or loss occurred after we have shipped off your purchased item(s).
We will dispatch your packages in the following ways:
(a) Registered Article Postage - a safer and more convenient option
- From $3.40 per order
- Delivery in two working days (excludes time taken to process order)
- Tracking enabled by SingPost
(b) Local Pick Up only at Tampines
- Subject to convenience of L A G O M
At this point in time, we only ship to Singapore.

- We will email a returns form if we accept the return of the product
- Ship the item with the returns form back to us at your own cost
- We will process the refund or exchange of the product
As every item is handmade, and created from scratch, we seek your understanding that there will be slight variations from the pictures in the website. Quality of our product and your satisfaction is our priority, thus we will do all we can to ensure that your shopping experience is as positive as possible. If in anyway you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us, or leave a feedback so that we can do our best to address your concerns.
Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept the return of L A G O M products if:
- You have received products that are different from the ones you have ordered. We will replace the incorrect product with the correct item. Alternatively, we can offer you a refund. Please note: Items must be returned first to receive a refund/exchange. Shipping fees will be incurred at your own cost. We recommend you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for any refunds/exchange due to undelivered goods back to us.
- You have contacted us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Option to return is by delivery only. We will not entertain meet-ups.
We will not accept returns or refunds for:
- Customised products
- Products that have been used
- Altered or damaged products that only occurred after we have shipped the products
For refunds or exchange, please contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order and contact information in your email. We will respond within 1-2 business days. Refunds will take place through i-banking, PayNow or PayLah. It may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your payment depending on your bank.
N.B. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Please contact us by email before making your return as we will provide you with a returns form that must be completed and sent with your parcel. Items delivered back to us without a returns form will not be processed.
